that are necessary to properly perform mold remediation

inspector needs to properly diagnose your problem:
- Thermo-hygrometer: This is used to monitor
relative humidity in a building structure.
- Moisture Meter: This device is used to detect
moisture levels inside wood, sheetrock, and
- Mold Sampling Device: A machine used along
with an Air-O-Cell Bio-aerosol Sampling Cassette
to sample the air within a building structure.
- Sterile Surface Swabs: These are used to
take direct sampling of fungi that is growing
on a surface for analyzing.

- Tyvek Suit: A protective suit used to prevent

- Commercial Dehumidifiers:
These machines have a larger capacity to remove
more moisture from the air than standard residential
dehumidifiers. Humidity is a common cause of
mold growth in building structures.
- Fogger: This machine
is used for the application of Antimicrobials
in the air of a contaminated building for the
purpose of killing airborne mold spores.
- Antimicrobials: A chemical
used by professional mold removal companies
to kill mold at the roots.
- HEPA Vacuums: A vacuum
system which utilizes a high efficiency particulate
air filter removing particles down to 0.3 microns.
